Identifying communities, Mobilizing and preaching the good news of Christ. To provide a biblical based model. Train and support believers who are willing to carry the gospel, the ministry of the local church in communities and the world at large, under the supervision of said ministry leadership.

At God’s appointed time, Pastor Williams and Pastor Victorious came together in holy matrimony in 2012, after parting ways in courtship in the 1980s. Not only did God mean marriage for them, but He also meant oneness in ministry for the couple.
